How the Program Works

1. You Make a Warm Introduction

A quick group text or email is all you need. Once you connect us with your client, your role is complete unless you are also handling the future lease or sale of the property.

2. We Handle the Entire Project

We take care of everything, including:

  • Walkthroughs

  • Estimates & scopes

  • Contracts

  • Engineering & permitting (as required)

  • Project management & inspections

We maintain clear communication with your client and support your real estate timeline.

3. Referral Fee Issued After First Progress Payment

Your referral fee is issued once the homeowner completes their first scheduled progress payment on the project (beyond the deposit).
This ensures the project is committed, properly funded, and moving forward.

Your Role (Fully Protected)

You are not responsible for:

  • Construction advice

  • Material selections

  • Pricing or scope decisions

  • Project management

  • Jobsite issues

We provide a Compliance Addendum and Non-Influence Statement so your DRE license and liability remain fully protected.

Your only obligation: the warm introduction.

Referral Fee Structure (Flat Fees)

We use a simple, transparent tiered structure:

  • $1,000 for projects under $50,000

  • $1,500 for projects $50,000–$100,000

  • $2,000 for projects over $100,000

Example:
A project of — $70,610 total → $1,500 referral fee.
